HFI team works with disabled children, young people and their families and our mission is to help them the lives they choose by providing fun, inclusive and flexible support. All children and young people should be involved when decisions are being made about their lives. All families need help at critical moments. We support children and families with the most difficult problems and are the largest provider of family support services in target areas and groups.
